Cicciolo Fritto - Smoked ham hock pate, croquette, & cipollini onion.

Course 2

Arancini Milanese - Bone marrow, lobster mayonnaise, & calabrian crunch.

Insalata - Gem lettuce, tangerine citronette, pickled apple, & sesame honey yogurt.

Course 3

Cocoa Cappelletti - Pumpkin filling, lemon brown butter, & pumpkin seeds.

Toasted Wheat Tonarelli - Beef heart bolognese, San Marzano tomatoes, pangratatto, & fonduta.

Tiramisu - Lady fingers, Amaretto mascarpone, & cocoa powder.

Dreamsicle Panna Cotta - White chocolate mascarpone mousse & clementine jelly.
