Eggplant Parmesan Poppers - Eggplant bites & Italian breadcrumbs with parmesan. Fried & served with our signature marinara.
Caesar Salad - Romaine tossed in our house made dressing, roasted tomatoes, shredded parmesan, croutons, & parmesan crisps.

Chicken Pesto Grilled Cheese - Grilled chicken, roasted tomatoes, house made pesto, & perfectly melted Italian blend of cheeses. Served on a pressed locally made rosemary focaccia bun. Comes with a choice of our house salad or parmesan fries.
Fettuccine Carbonara - Peppered pork belly bits, fettuccine pasta, creamy egg yolk sauce with cheese, & topped with freshly cracked pepper.
Pesto Primavera Pasta - Penne pasta, house-made pesto, cooked with a blend of vegetable (asparagus broccolini, pepper & onions, roasted tomatoes) & finished with a touch of lemon juice.

Italian Hot Beef Sandwich - Italian roll filled with tender short ribs in gravy, melted provolone, crispy gardiniera, arugula, & a house made horseradish dressing.
Al Ragu Bolognese - Spaghetti tossed with braised short ribs, peppered pork belly bits, & local Italian sausage in a delicious tomato sauce with red wine notes.
Chicken Carcioffi - Pan-fried chicken in olive oil, topped with our mediterranean salsa - capers, kalamata olives, roasted tomatoes, lemon juice, & chili flakes - served with a side of spaghetti in rosa sauce.

TIramisu - Lady finger soaked in coffee liquor layered between sweet mascarpone cream & topped cocoa powder.
Gelato Sampler - One scoop of lemon pie gelato & one scoop of strawberry cheesecake gelato. Served with whipped cream & fresh berries.
